ABOUT BERGER UNIVERSITY
Mission Statement: The purpose of Berger University is to prepare students for the college application process by exposing them to core elements of college entrance requirements, namely the application, the interview, the essay, transcript requests, and a student résumé. Students are encouraged to be themselves, hence the phrase, “At BU, you can Be You.”

BERGER UNIVERSITY is located on the campus of Land O’ Lakes High School in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. The classes are held in Room 410, the classroom of David Berger, English teacher (Admissions and Financial Aid Officer, and Dean of Students).
“Mediocris pro timido est; excellentia pro qui audeat est.” is the Latin for “Mediocrity is for the timid; excellence for those who dare.” Mediocrity is achieved by those too afraid to push toward excellence. Here at Berger University, our students should always be daring enough to strive for excellence, not perfection (how would one measure perfection anyway?).
